In the previous article, we explained how to properly define a Quality Policy. Today, to reinforce these definitions, we're going to share with you the four most common mistakes we at TIC Process identify during audits or our consulting activities. These are useful as a point of reference.

The Quality Policy is important because it reflects the organization's Mission and Vision, is related to its values and organizational culture, and above all, is a fundamental component of the Organizational Strategy. Therefore, it is important to take the necessary time to develop it and ensure that all these elements are included.
